Form DSMV450 of Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) New Hampshire can be used for the renewal of application for driver license or non-driver identification card.
The State of New Hampshire Driver's License Renewal form, formally known as Application for Driver License or Non-Driver ID Card, is a document used by license holders to renew their New Hampshire Driver's License prior to the expiration date or non-driver ID card.
Your driver's license expires on your birth date every five years after the date of issuance. Approximately two months before the license is due to expire, the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) sends a renewal notice with instructions for how to renew.
