Item 3. Returns and Refunds
In cases wherein the company receives any defective products from you within the agreed-upon number of days on delivery, you must then agree to refund the company for the products they have purchased.

Item 4. Term
This Manufacturing Agreement will start and end according to the term period agreed upon by both parties.

Item 5. Termination
Both parties have the right to terminate this Manufacturing Agreement at any time. The termination of this agreement will only become valid after a written notice about the termination will be sent to either of the parties within the allowed number of days.
