Once you have gotten your vehicle examined, you can go to your local county treasurer's office to obtain your registration. Prepare your proof of insurance, original out-of-state title, and the pink copy of the Motor Vehicle Examination (MVE-1) form for registration. You need to register your vehicle within 90 days of becoming a Kansas resident.
