The Florida Sublease Agreement is a legal document containing details of an agreement between a tenant and a subtenant that agrees to rent the same property as the tenant.
Subleasing refers to the act of a tenant of a rented property, considered a sublessor, leasing said property to others, who are considered subtenants. The terms of an FL Sublease Agreement will differ depending on the parties involved, the wishes of the owner of the property, and the property itself, though the consent and permission of the property owner must be acquired prior to the establishment of any sublease agreements.
Any tenant of a property that wishes to allow another person to rent the property under their name must use a Sublease Agreement in Florida in order to formalize the agreement and all terms involved. Note, however, that the permission of the owner of the property must be acquired prior to any sublease agreements being made.
