You have the right to review the records of the licensee to verify the paid royalties as long as it is upon reasonable notice. Audits may be conducted at your expense during reasonable times. The audits that you will be conducting must not interfere with the licensee’s normal operations.

Item 7. General Provisions

The terms and conditions entered into this Patent License Agreement should not be modified, altered, or amended in any way unless you or the licensee execute a written agreement.

Item 9. Notice
Your address along with the address of the licensee that are set forth in this Patent License Agreement will be deemed as the only appropriate addresses for the mailing of notices, checks, statements, and other important documents regarding this agreement. All of the notices must be sent through a certified or registered mail. These notices will not be deemed received or effective unless you or the licensee have actually received them. The both of you may change your respective addresses by sending a written notice to one another.
