Fillable Form Notice of Default With Substitution of Trustee

This form is used by a trustee service when the holder of a mortgage which is in default substitutes trustees under the trust deed for purposes of initiating a foreclosure on the secured property, to commence the trustee's foreclosure process by recording the notice.
