Fillable Form Collateral Note and Security Agreement

This form is used by a loan broker or escrow officer when a lender originates a fixed rate installment loan, interest included, secured by an existing trust deed note held by the borrower, to evidence the debt originated with terms for repayment and the collateral assignment of the existing note and trust deed as security.
